Antique Center On Broadway

This French sky bed or baldaquin( canopy) was found in the Auvergne region of France. It was used to hold drapings over the bed and hung from the ceiling at the head of the bed. It is late 1800's and made of various woods and has a great shape. The dimensions are: 27"d x 39"l x 4.5"d. The 4th picture is the view of the sky bed as you would view it mounted on the ceiling over the bed.
