ANTIQUE FRENCH TALLCASE CLOCK 031

This is an 18th Century tallcase clock found in the Languedoc region of France. It is made of oak and has stylized carved doors and paneled sides. The apron has a carved shell and a french footon pad. The face of the clock is enameled porcelain with roman numerals and has a fancy brass surround. The name on the face of the clock is Laporte Harloger Mien, Montel-de-Gelate. Dimensions: 8'7" tall; 16"wide; 12"d.
