Last minute cancellation, nocustomer service, live chat representative never returns tochat once initiated, noimmediate refunds after FlixBus cancelling your trip. Very inconvenient service.

Bus didn’t showed upfor 2hours and still waiting… noidea whether today Iwill reach mydesired destination ornotNo going anywhere again with FlixBus.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
I was scheduled toleave Houston at5:35PMI arrived atthe bus stop at5:15, which was ashell off the highway. The bus never arrived. There were about 20people who did not get onthebus. Icalled customer service. But they said they cannot give mea refund until they speak tothe bus driver, Irequested tospeak toa manger, they said noone was available and then hung uponme. Ihad totake aflight because the bus never arrived.10

I would overall stay away from this company and use abigger ora more “real” company like red coach orsomething. They messed uptwo ofmy bus trips and one didn’t even show upafter waiting outside their parking lot sitting onthe floor because they have noplace for people tosit orwait. They also don’t even have their own busses here, they are connected with 2—3other bus companies that will shuttleyou. Their website and customer service isall like half useful and doesn’t have the ease ofa real company like red coach ormegabus. Sofar it’s been about aweek and they still haven’t given memy $57refund for the bus that got cancelled onme.… – show

Flixbus ishorrible. Changed myticket toa different trip (due tooperational reasons) that was not convenient. tried torebook the ticket onthe same schedule, and came back as“trip was fully booked” and hrlater the trip disappeared from the search. funny thing, until the previous night most ofthe bus was empty.
Trying toget arefund through the chat but nobody responds. Customer service isnon-existent. Apparently only avoucher ispossible not acash refund.

My bus was cancelled twice inarow, the first time1.5hours AFTER the bus was supposed toleave and the second time 15minutes before the bus was supposed toleave, after Ialready got there. Noapology orcompensation, just awaste oftime and major inconvenience. FlixBus evidently does not have reliable service, soplease consider using adifferent bus company instead.

not actually Flixbus but contracted byFlixbus too star shuttle, the tire blew out otw yet the condition ofthe either tires look highly questionable “Houston toNew Orleans” donot reserve seats it's pointless due tocovid restrictions onsome buses they dont tell you about

We supposed toleave10:30they text and emailed about delay, wegot scheduled for11:30at11:45after wetext customer service requesting update the canceled our trip just like that!!10

Thankful for arefund but the bus left aminute before departure time itwas11:34when wearrived, weall but banged onthe door tobe letin, note: there isno recommendation anywhere tobe even 5minutes early sowe thought it’d beok, instead ofsaying anything the driver just looked isin our eyes turned off the lights and left.
There isno leeway with time, either beon the bus 10minutes beforehand orget left. Atleast with any other company they’ll let you know toarrive early orthey
give a10minute leeway and will still arrive tothe destination ontime.… – show00

While Ididn’t ride the actualbus, myson did and said itwas fine. Both ways to-from college station, quick and easy. Note, this isa parking lot where the buses leave/arrive.

They are unprofessional about the service delivery they’re not ontime always canceling onpeople they made mewait all day from eight inthe morning until seven today and they keep canceling and reset itto adifferent time inthe bus never showed up

Kinda easy tomiss unless the bus isthere, but itis right across the street from the Starbucks. There ismore than enough space topark for afew minutes when dropping off orpickingup. Also, it's location isconveniently located near ametro station.
