Before you can unlock this quest you must first complete the following unlock conditions.

1 | This quest is part of Wave 2 of the DLC Expansion Pass. You must purchase and install it before starting the quest. |
2 | Recruit Ino, the new Hero introduced in the DLC, by completing her Hero Quest: Champion of the Nopon. |
3 | Rank Up the Noponic Champion Class to Rank 10 in any of your main characters. |
4 | Complete the Standard Quest: Going Full HD |
5 | Reach at least Chapter 5 of the Main Story |

Head to Namba Mound Camp to Accept the Quest
Once you reach Chapter 5 of the main story and after you have completed the unlock conditions mentioned above, you will see a a ? over Namba Mound Camp in the Fornis Region if you have Ino in your party. Head to the ? and watch a short cutscene to accept the quest.
Travel to Engardo Pass Camp in Pentelas
After accepting the quest, head to the quest marker in Engardo Pass Camp where you will trigger another cutscene. Ino will talk to her friend Paroro about the whereabouts of a Nopon Eater.
Walk to the Quest Marker to the North of Pentelas
Another quest marker will appear to the north of the Pentalas Region. Head over to this area to confront the Nopon Eater.
Battle the Nopon Eater
Upon arriving at the quest marker, you will see a giant bird harassing a group of Nopon. Start battle with the giant bird and lower its health. Before you can totally defeat the Nopon Eater however, it will fly away.
Head Back to Engardo Pass Camp
After another cutscene, you will need to head back to the Engardo Pass Camp where you will meet up with Sunny, the Nopon who first told you of the Nopon Eater.
Give the Required Items to Sunny
Talk to Sunny after the cutscene to see a list of required items. Each item will fill up the gauge at the top of the screen by a certain number of percentage points. You'll need to completely fill up the gauge to 100% to move on to the next objective.

Travel to the Cadensia Region near Seaspray Lookout
After filling up the gauge, Sunny will give you an OP Pollen Orb that will help you defeat the Nopon Eater. Head to the Cadensia Region and find the Nopon Eater near Seaspray Lookout across the rope.
Battle and Defeat the Nopon Eater
Once you confront the Nopon Eater, you will need to battle it once again. After reaching half-health, Ino will throw the OP Pollen Orb at the bird during a cutscene. This resets its health, and you'll need to battle it again until it is defeated.
After beating the Nopon Eater and watching the final cutscene, the quest is complete.
