The ship is beautiful and well maintained. Our cabin was excellent as was our steward who looked after us to a high standard . The itinerary was very interesting. Breakfast and lunch in the Veranda or Pool Grill were very good but dinner was disappointing and below the standards we were expecting in all the speciality restaurants, Compass Rose being just about acceptable. Generally service was

This is our second Splendor cruise in a 6 month period. We had such an amazing time on both cruises. The staff was simply amazing. We met so many nice people working the ship to make our experience a once in a lifetime event that we will never forget. The Medirian Lounge was so nice and relaxing. Dedi, the bartender was the best on the ship as well as Raymond. We remember Raymond from our previous

All staff were very friendly. What is not good? Almost zero outdoor, pool deck activity! Only once every two weeks some food or live music on the pool deck. No music anywhere when the show is on. Some harbors bad stops such as in Java. Excursion some ok, some just hours of bus drives. Worst: Horrible wifi! If you are not retired and need to work some online: Do not use Regent! They advertise

Our third sailing on Regent. The event started out poorly, as at check in their computer system, they advised, was not functional, so the process could not begin. After a ninety-minute wait, the process began, slowly. We had booked a PH cabin, (the cabins on this ship are not large, this category gave us more space which was the reason for our selection) which was ready when we got aboard,

First time with Regent. Lovely ship and great cruise from Bali to Sydney. Cyclone went thru Cairns so all excursions cancelled at that port. Downgraded to category 1 so we really had no effects while at sea. Have cruised over a dozen times with others lines, first time with Regent. Nicest and largest room ever, plenty of storage, great room service except when we had to quarantine for 12

Beautiful ship with lovely staff and excellent food but the entertainment fell short of what we’ve experienced with Regent on past cruises. Constant changes to the entertainment programme. They repeated performances and also made numerous cancellations. This was a 17 day cruise with no deck parties and there appeared to be a lack of direction from the cruise director and his wife. The

We mostly chose this cruise for the amazing itinerary. Iceland, Norway, Shetland Islands, Amsterdam and Bruges Belgium which did not disappoint. The crew was absolutely amazing, they just couldn’t do enough for us and we’re always asking if there was anything else we needed or wanted. Many knew our names a drink preferences by the third day. We were treated like royalty. Voyager is 23 years old

We have cruised many times before - but this was a step up for us in terms of quality ( and price ) but the all inclusive fare was brilliant . Compared to other cruise experiences I think what you are paying for is space - both in the suite which was a really good size ( and the first time we had more storage than we needed for clothes ) , but also in the public areas where we never had to wait

IntroductionThere were many wonder experiences on the trip, including arrangements for renewal vows for our guests during the cruise by the captain of the ship, but we were disappointed in the overall value due to the misleading advertising of “luxury perfected” by Regent. I booked my hotels and flights independent of the cruise line on all of our previous cruise experiences with other

The Viking ad is correct. What there is not enough of is time.We booked the extended Regent cruise from Singapore to Auckland. Australia had several stops. Most of which were kept.New Zealand in 2018 passes a requirement for all ships entering their waters to have their hulls cleaned prior to doing so. Yet Regent never could arrange for it. Upon being noticed that the Seven Seas was barred
