Charter @GetSpectrum is the worst company in the history of companies. It only exists because it is a monopoly. They came out to install new service for my neighbors, and now my service doesn’t work. “Oh well,” he says. You’ll have to put in a service order. #horribleservice

@GetSpectrum I have had more issues with my TV in the past two weeks than in the past two years. Not happy about this service. If you call it’s an hour wait on hold then disconnect. 🙄

@GetSpectrum has been uncharacteristic tonight... instead of "kinda bad" they've been horrible. It's hard to imagine people wanted to cut the chord. You're one of two or three cable providers and you're awful at it. I would call to complain but I don't have 4 hours to waste.

@GetSpectrum I got in a fight w my Internet service! provider changed the name of my connections, changed it from Jehovah5 to “spectrumWi-Fi C-5-6” - that’s 1 way to make a woman go crazy! Call it maintenance! replaced Ethernet cord tightened wall cable connector checked plugs!

@Ask_Spectrum went to a store yesterday to add tv service and switch to your mobile. Go thru the transaction 4 times and your card processing system isn’t working for mobile. Got a new modem and it was broken so I had no internet all night. Have a tech come out this morning and

Can we talk about how aggressive the salespeople are who answer the phones for the @GetSpectrum cable & internet company? Holy crap, the company must really drill that “ABC: Always be closing” **** into them. They must make hardly any money and be depending on sales commission.

@GetSpectrum ITS NOT RIGHT y’all arent Crediting entire Amt divided by days either. If u wanted to help Ur ppl, ud at least divide days by ENTIRE BILL AMT, & not just int/ cable Amt!!

Given how unreliable their Internet service is, I shouldn't have expected any better of @GetSpectrum mobile. But amazed at how often I have 4 or 5 bars of LTE and still can't load anything. Will have to check out @TMobile
